About the Role
KONCEPT WELLNESS is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and customer-friendly Junior Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy operations. A degree qualification is not required. Candidates with basic pharmacy/store experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing and handing over medicines as instructed by the pharmacist.
- Receive, arrange and organize medicines and other pharmacy products.
- Check stock levels and assist with stock updates.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper storage of medicines.
- Assist with billing and maintaining pharmacy records.
- Receive and verify incoming stock against purchase orders/invoices.
- Keep pharmacy shelves, counters and storage areas clean and organized.
- Assist with daily stock and sales reports.
- Support packing of medicines and products for patients/courier.
- Follow all pharmacy safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
- Provide polite and helpful assistance to patients and customers.
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the senior pharmacist/management.
Requirements
- Degree qualification is NOT mandatory.
- Minimum 12th Standard qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, medical shop, hospital or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
