We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Faridabad Branch and drive business growth across Faridabad and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Handle leads for residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete home interiors.
- Understand client requirements, budget, design preferences, and project timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
- Present Lifeasy Interior's services, designs, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.




- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, real estate professionals, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Faridabad market.
- Negotiate with clients and close projects within company-approved commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth handover after booking.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and closures.
- Monitor competitors, local market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners in Faridabad and surrounding areas.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Sales Target & Performance

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by Lifeasy Interior.

Performance will be measured on:
