We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Interior to drive sales, generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned revenue targets for residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Handle leads for home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete interior projects.
- Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and design expectations.
- Conduct client meetings, consultations, and property/site visits.
- Present company services, designs, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, real estate companies, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth project handover.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, meetings, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Sales Target & Performance
- Responsible for achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified interior project leads.
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead conversion, client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Target will be assigned according to the company's business requirements and project value.
