We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or other e-commerce portals. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload new products, update product information, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory levels and update stock across all online platforms.
- Ensure product listings are optimized and error-free.
- Track marketplace performance, sales,



and promotions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banners, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve listing issues, account health issues, and marketplace-related concerns.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising is preferred

Pay: ₹9,791.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month
