Job Description – QA/QC Officers & Executives

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated QA/QC Officers and Executives to join a reputed nutraceutical manufacturing company in Baddi. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, GMP, documentation, and quality systems within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Conduct in-process and finished-product quality checks.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, OOS/OOT investigations, and related documentation.




- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality systems across production and other departments.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and manufacturing practices.
- Support product release and maintain complete quality records.

Quality Control (QC)
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory records, specifications, test reports, and COAs.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Follow approved testing methods and laboratory SOPs.
- Investigate OOS/OOT results and prepare relevant reports.
- Coordinate with production and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all testing activities.
