Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To drive vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, cold calling, digital inquiries, and customer databases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, benefits, pricing, finance options, and applicable offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration/RTO,



and other departments to support smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, booking documents, and other required sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions in CRM/DMS.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current business opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, customer meets, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a positive post-sales customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns professionally.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
