Creative Content, Social & Community Lead — Full time, Remote

We are looking for a
creative, self-driven Content, Social Media & Community professional
who can help take ownership of our content, social channels, communities and audience communication across three New Zealand brands:
- Viewings.co.nz
— PropTech / property viewing platform
- Goodstar Property Management
— Property management
- Founder / Personal Brand

This is
not
a role for somebody who waits for instructions and simply produces basic Canva posts.

We want somebody who can understand a business, understand its audience and then
think, plan, write, design, create, engage and help grow the community around the brand.

You should understand how to move an audience through:

Awareness → curiosity → trust → engagement → community → website traffic → registrations / enquiries / downloads → sharing → advocacy.

What You Will Work On

You will help create,



manage and grow content and communities across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- Facebook Groups
- WhatsApp Communities / Groups
- Reels / short-form videos
- Carousels
- Static social graphics
- Motion graphics
- Product demonstrations
- Educational content
- B2C campaigns
- B2B campaigns
- Brand-awareness campaigns
- Founder / personal-brand content
- Email marketing
- SMS campaigns
- WhatsApp marketing and communication
- Other relevant community channels as the brands grow

Community Building

An important part of this role is
not just publishing content, but helping us build communities people actually want to belong to.

This may include communities for:
- Renters
- First-home buyers
- Property buyers
- Property investors
- Real estate agents
- Property managers
- Private landlords
- Local property communities
- Other relevant audiences as required
