Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Plant Head to oversee the complete manufacturing operations of a CNC machining plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, operational efficiency, quality, manpower management, machine utilization, cost control, maintenance coordination, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control the overall day-to-day operations of the CNC manufacturing plant.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Manage CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machining operations and ensure optimum machine utilization.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, rejection, rework, downtime, and cycle time.
- Develop production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.




- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
- Lead and manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and related teams.
- Optimize manpower, machines, tools, fixtures, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Reduce rejection, scrap, rework, and machine downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Review CNC programs, tooling, cutting parameters, fixtures, and process improvements where required.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
