We are growing rapidly year on year and are building towards hypergrowth. Our marketing efforts target urban Indian parents across India as well as the Indian diaspora globally.

About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Performance Marketing Manager
who can take complete ownership of paid acquisition across Meta and Google.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for building, launching, optimising, and scaling campaigns while owning the paid marketing budget end-to-end. Your success will be measured by
CPL, demo bookings, lead quality, and cost per paid enrolment
.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across
Meta and Google Ads
, including Search, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen.




- Manage campaigns across
India and US markets
, with separate performance targets for each geography.
- Perform daily campaign optimisation across budgets, bids, audiences, placements, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Develop and execute a structured
testing roadmap
covering creatives, hooks, formats, offers, landing pages, and audiences.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop
ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and static creatives
.
- Identify whether performance issues are driven by
creative, targeting, funnel, or campaign structure
and take corrective action.
- Own marketing tracking and attribution, including
Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, event mapping, and funnel tracking
.
- Analyse campaign performance across the funnel, from
ad click → lead → demo → payment
.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide explicit recommendations on budget allocation and campaign strategy.
