The Corporate, Patient Liaisoning & Marketing Officer will be responsible for corporate patient acquisition, hospital marketing, corporate relationship management, patient liaisoning, insurance/TPA coordination, institutional tie-ups, and business development.

The officer will actively develop relationships with corporates, PSUs, government organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, referral sources, institutions, and other stakeholders to increase patient referrals and strengthen the hospital's market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Corporate Patient Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate patient referrals and admissions.
- Identify and approach potential corporate organizations, PSUs, government departments, institutions, schools, and other organizations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR departments, administrative officers, medical officers, welfare officers, and authorized representatives of organizations.
- Generate corporate patient leads and convert them into hospital visits/admissions.




- Regularly visit corporate offices and institutional clients for relationship building.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, doctors, NICU, PICU, pediatric emergency, pediatric surgery, and other services.
- Conduct regular follow-up with existing corporate clients to increase patient referrals.
- Develop new corporate accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Prepare and submit corporate proposals, hospital profiles, service details, and empanelment documents.
- Track corporate leads, referrals, admissions, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly reports on corporate business generated.

2. Corporate Relationship Management
- Maintain robust professional relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Coordinate with corporate representatives regarding patient admissions, treatment, billing, discharge, and other requirements.
