Responsibilities
- Oversee routine maintenance and repair work to ensure that hospital facilities are kept in optimal condition.
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtime.
- Coordinate with other hospital departments to address facility-related needs and issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.
- Respond to emergency repair requests swiftly to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the facility's infrastructure and systems.
- Oversee and regulate bio-waste management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.




- Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly desired.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hospital maintenance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
