Key Responsibilities
- · Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- · Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and model documentation.
- · Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and company BIM standards.
- · Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
- · Perform model quality checks and ensure accuracy before project submission.
- · Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
- · Review project requirements and identify potential technical issues.
- · Support Project Managers and BIM Leads in project planning and execution.
- · Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BIM Modellers.




- · Maintain project documentation and model revisions.
- · Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project schedules.
- · Continuously improve BIM workflows and best practices

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
