Role Description
The CA – Finance and Strategy role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will manage and analyze financial statements, oversee accounting processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, monitoring cash flows, and supporting audits and compliance activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align financial planning with business goals, providing insights on cost optimization, and contributing to long-term growth strategies. Regular communication with stakeholders to present financial performance and recommendations is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Accounting practices and standards,



including ledger management and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant experience in finance, consulting, or corporate strategy is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience in consulting or safety-focused industries is an advantage.
