Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Trainee Commi (Continental Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in preparing continental dishes and learn professional cooking techniques under experienced chefs. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in preparing continental dishes (pasta, grills, sauces, salads, etc.)

Perform basic prep work: cutting, chopping, marination, and portioning

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per kitchen standards

Follow recipes and presentation guidelines

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO)

Support in maintaining kitchen equipment and tools

Work closely with team members for smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred)





Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques

Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience:

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

Salary:

₹14,000 – ₹15,500 per month
