We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to support and manage day-to-day HR activities across our cafe operations. The role will involve end to end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee relations, grievance handling, HR documentation, and coordination with cafe outlet teams.

The role will require regular visits to our cafe outlets for recruitment, employee coordination, HR activities, and operational support. Candidates should be comfortable working across different outlet locations as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for cafe and support staff positions.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll-related information.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate their resolution professionally.
- Address employee queries and support positive employee relations.




- Ensure employees are aware of and follow company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee appraisals and maintain related documentation.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full & final coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Visit cafe outlets as required to understand staffing needs and coordinate with outlet teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in hospitality, cafe, restaurant, retail, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and general HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee grievance handling and resolution.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information
