We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our design team and contribute to the development and execution of our collections.

Role Overview

The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing fashion collections while maintaining the creative vision, quality standards, and aesthetic identity of the brand. The role involves working closely with the design, production, embroidery, merchandising, and management teams to take designs from concept to final garment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fashion collections across bridal couture, occasion wear, bespoke, and womenswear.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, silhouettes, embroidery concepts,



and garment details.
- Research fabrics, textiles, embroidery techniques, colors, trends, and market developments.
- Coordinate with embroidery, sampling, production, and finishing teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Oversee sampling, fittings, alterations, and final garment development.
- Review finished garments to ensure design accuracy, fit, finishing, and quality standards.
- Work with merchandising and sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized designs.
- Guide and support junior designers, interns, and design assistants when required.
- Maintain the brand's creative direction, design aesthetic, and luxury quality standards.
- Participate in client consultations, photoshoots, exhibitions, and other fashion-related activities as required.
