With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Video Editor who cuts with intent, understands that the first three seconds decide everything, and treats pacing and sound as craft, not afterthought.

The Role

You are the person who turns footage into work that holds attention. You take raw shoot output, a brief, and a reference, and you cut Reels, Shorts, brand films, and ads that feel deliberate frame to frame. You work alongside the art director, designers, writers, and the social and performance teams, but the edit is yours to shape.

This is a role for someone who can cut a nine-second hook in the morning, a two-minute brand film by afternoon,



and still care about a frame-accurate cut on the beat at 7pm.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end edits across a portfolio of client brands: Reels, Shorts, stories, ads, brand films, and long-form
- Story and pace: structuring a cut so the hook lands, the middle holds, and the payoff pays
- Sound design and music: track selection, sync, mix, and the judgment to know when silence works
- Motion graphics and titling: lower thirds, captions, kinetic type, and clean on-brand supers
- Colour correction and grade, or clean handoff to a colourist, so the final matches the intended look
- Format adaptation: reframing and recutting a single piece across 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9 without losing the edit
- Caption and subtitle direction, because most of the feed watches on mute
- Edit QA on your own work and the team's: timing, sync, export settings, and platform specs before anything ships
