Role Purpose
Zoho Developer L3 will be responsible for the design and architecture of complex, scalable Zoho suite solutions that span multiple applications and systems

Core Technical Responsibilities
- Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications (CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.
- Deluge Scripting and Automation:



Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance functionality.
- System Integration : Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and other web services.
- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation : Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
