Role Description
The Owner role at CoCode Studio is a full-time, on-site position located in Saharanpur. The Owner is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or leading a small organization.
- Strong skills in operations oversight, project coordination, and resource planning.




- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies, including budgeting and financial monitoring.
- Capacity to make data-informed decisions and identify recent market or service opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfort working on-site full time in Saharanpur and engaging directly with local clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is valued.
