Your Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Attender cum Driver to join our team at our Shantara Naturopathy. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of guests, and staff, as well as assisting with daily hospital operations and guest relation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Duties: Safely operate company vehicles for guest pick-ups/drops, staff transit, and running official errands . Maintain the vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition and manage routine maintenance schedules.
- Attender Duties: Assist guest with mobility needs, guide them to treatment rooms, and support the clinical and administrative staff with daily operational tasks.
- wellness Support: Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas, manage shifting of equipment or supplies, and assist in the front desk when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial/passenger driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a driver or healthcare/hotel attender is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate attitude toward patients.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting or assisting guest.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby.
