With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Creative Stylist and Art Director who can walk onto any set, from a suite to a jewellery bench, and call the frame with conviction.

The Role

You are the eye on set. You take a brand, a brief, and a shot list and turn them into images that look expensive and feel deliberate. You direct the photographer or videographer on angle, composition, and movement, you style the frame down to the last prop, and you hold the standard from the mood board to the final grade.

You work across categories, hospitality one day, fine jewellery the next, a founder's personal brand the day after,



and you make each one look like it was the only thing you have ever shot. This is a role for someone who can see the picture before the camera does.

What You'll Own
- Art direction across every shoot: the concept, the mood, the frame, and the finish
- On-set direction of photographers and videographers: angles, shots, composition, lensing intent, and movement
- Styling across categories: table and set dressing for hospitality and F&B;, wardrobe and prop direction for personal branding, surface and arrangement for products, and model and macro styling for fashion and jewellery
- Mood boards, shot lists, and shoot decks that turn a brief into a plan before anyone shows up on set
- Location judgment, set design, and prop and material sourcing direction
- Light and colour direction on set, working with the photographer to get the frame you see in your head
- Wardrobe, hair, and makeup coordination where the shoot calls for it
