Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and pursue recent market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
Drive expansion into new sectors, regions, and key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve targets.
Set KPIs, review performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Revenue & Sales Operations




Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales planning and pipeline management.
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage budgets, pricing, and cost structures for B2B operations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights.
Use CRM and data analytics tools to track customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate business development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
