We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in U.S. staffing, C2C recruitment and implementation-partner requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, manage daily requirement allocation, improve submission quality and ensure timely delivery of qualified consultants.

The candidate must have experience working with implementation partners such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Mphasis, LTIMindtree or similar organizations. Strong knowledge of C2C hiring consultant-employer relationships, U.S. work authorizations, rate negotiation, recruitment data and delivery metrics is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for C2C, W2, contract-to-hire and full time requirements.
- Work closely with implementation partners, account managers, clients, vendors and internal recruitment teams.
- Attend requirement calls and understand technical skills, location, work authorization, rate, duration and client expectations.
- Distribute requirements among recruiters based on priority,



complexity and recruiter capability.
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly submission, interview and placement targets.
- Review candidate profiles before submission to ensure technical relevance, resume quality and data accuracy.
- Manage C2C requirements and coordinate with consultants and their authorized employers.
- Verify candidate identity, employment status, work authorization, LinkedIn profile, location, availability and project history.
- Validate C2C documentation, including employer details, visa documents, rate confirmation and right-to-represent authorization.
- Prevent duplicate submissions, fake profiles, conflicting representations and incomplete candidate records.
- Negotiate bill rates, pay rates and C2C margins while maintaining delivery targets.
