The global management of CSI is headquartered in New York City and oversees four regional offices with responsibility for all offices/branches located in the Americas, Europe, Japan and the Asia Pacific region. The CSI global team comprises experienced professionals with prior law enforcement, military, intelligence, and risk consulting & security industry experience located in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. CSI overseas key risk management functions like Client & Supplier Screening Due Diligence, Workforce Screening, Fraud Investigation, Security Technology and Security Operations.

Sub-Function Profile

Workforce Screening within CSI manages the background screening process for all types of hires in Asia and plays a leading role in mitigating risks and protecting the Firm against potential damage.

Job Description:

•
This role supports APAC/US screening operations.





• Responsibilities include supporting the background screening process, liaising with prospective hires, collecting required information and documentation.

• Coordinating with screening vendor partners, and reporting findings to internal stakeholders.

• The Workforce Screening team works closely with internal Business Units, Client Onboarding and Human Resources teams.

Other Qualifications / Skills:

•
Post-graduate / Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of screening industry experience is preferred.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

• Robust interpersonal and communication skills in a culturally diverse environment

• Working knowledge of MS Office
