About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM / CIAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions using ForgeRock Identity Platform and PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, enhancing customer authentication across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade IAM/CIAM solutions for web, mobile, and API-driven applications.
- Design and implement secure authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Lead the implementation and modernization of ForgeRock components and PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure identity experiences and ensure integration with APIs and cloud services.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams on identity management best practices.

Required skills and experience
- 10+ years in Identity and Access Management with solid hands-on experience in ForgeRock Identity Platform implementation.




- Proficient in customer identity solutions, including CIAM architecture and PingOne AIC migration.
- Deep knowledge of authentication frameworks such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication.
- Experience integrating identity solutions with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and production support in IAM environments.

Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native identity deployments.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Security Architecture and DevSecOps practices.
- Certifications in Ping Identity or ForgeRock platforms.
- Knowledge of API gateways, microservices, and infrastructure as code.
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
