About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You'll collaborate with content creators, designers, sales teams, and external agencies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads organically, and improve customer engagement.

This is a hands-on execution role where you'll be responsible for turning strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns.




- Develop campaign calendars aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate product and program launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Build and strengthen the NextNation brand.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage website content and landing pages.

Content & Social Media
- Plan content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors.
- Manage social media publishing and community engagement.
- Support SEO initiatives through content planning.

Events & Partnerships
- Plan webinars, workshops, seminars, and college events.
