Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries related to products, pricing, licensing, and sales processes.
- Support partners in identifying customer opportunities and driving solution adoption.
- Coordinate with partners to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation with partners and customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending opportunities, and purchase orders.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Interact with customers and partners to understand business and technical requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate pre-sales engagements with the technical team.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer and partner requests.
- Develop a robust understanding of ManageEngine solutions and the IT infrastructure management landscape.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.




- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule discussions with prospective partners and customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and internal trackers.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.
- Coordinate with the support team for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.
