We are looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of paid digital acquisition for businesses targeting the North American market.

This is NOT a social media posting, content calendar, or community-management position.

Your primary responsibility is to generate the maximum number of qualified leads at an efficient and scalable acquisition cost.

You will work closely with our Creative Designer, Web Developer to develop, test, optimize, and scale advertising creatives, offers, landing pages, audiences, and campaigns.

What You’ll Own
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale lead-generation campaigns
- Manage Meta/LinkedIn/Facebook & Instagram Ads and other relevant paid acquisition channels
- Generate qualified leads across the United States and Canada
- Research audiences, competitors, customer pain points, offers, and opportunities
- Develop campaign angles, hooks, offers, ad copy, and creative strategies
- Give transparent creative briefs to our Creative Designer for video and static ads




- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, lead forms, and messaging
- Improve CPL, Cost per Qualified Lead, conversion rates, CAC, and overall lead quality
- Build retargeting and remarketing strategies
- Analyze campaign data and quickly identify why campaigns are succeeding or failing
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acquisition efficiency
- Use AI and marketing tools to accelerate research, testing, analysis, and campaign development

Required Experience

You should have:
- 5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience generating qualified leads
- Experience targeting customers in the United States and/or Canada
- Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets
- Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages,
