With deep expertise in hybrid and cloud-native deployments, we deliver robust data platform solutions across MongoDB, MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL — enabling clients to unlock real-time analytics, ensure zero-downtime operations, and future-proof their infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize high-availability MongoDB and MariaDB environments across on-prem and cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Design, deploy, and monitor database schemas, indexes, replication, and sharding strategies for performance and scalability.
- Implement automated backup, recovery, auditing, and disaster recovery processes aligned with SLAs.
- Lead performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning for OLTP and analytical workloads.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, enforce security best practices, and automate routine DBA tasks.




- Document architectures, runbooks, and compliance controls; mentor junior team members on MongoDB/MariaDB best practices.
