Apna Electrician is a growing electrical services company based in Pune, providing electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and project-based electrical solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can help us continuously generate new leads, find electrical projects, develop client relationships, arrange meetings and site visits, and bring recent business opportunities to Apna Electrician.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Find new clients and potential electrical projects in Pune
- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Identify upcoming construction, renovation, commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Find builders, contractors, architects, property managers, facility managers, societies, businesses, offices, factories, and other potential clients




- Build and maintain a database of potential clients

Sales & Business Development
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable opportunities
- Schedule client meetings and site visits
- Visit project sites when required
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Convert qualified leads into projects

Project Identification
- Search for ongoing and upcoming electrical projects in Pune
- Identify construction and renovation projects where electrical contractors may be required
- Research local businesses and organizations that may require electrical installation or maintenance
- Develop new methods and channels for continuously generating project leads

Client & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the founder and technical team regarding project requ
