Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
EXPERIENCE JOINING TYPE 2 - 4 Years

About The Role
This is a pure Forward Deployed Engineering role. You will sit close to our customers — understanding their problems firsthand, building solutions on top of our platform, and owning the outcome until it works in production for them.

This is not a backend ticket-closing job.



You will be on calls with customers, translating messy real-world requirements into working software, shipping quick, and iterating based on direct feedback. If the customer isn''t successful, the job isn''t done.

We are looking for someone genuinely excited by that ownership.

What You''ll Do
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, data, and pain points
- Design, build, and deploy custom solutions and integrations on top of our core product
- Own end-to-end delivery: scoping, building, deploying, debugging, and supporting in production
- Turn recurring customer needs into reusable components and feed them back to the core product team
- Debug live issues in customer environments and drive them to resolution
- Be the technical voice the customer trusts — clear communication, honest timelines, no hand-waving

Must-Have Technical Skills
- Python — strong, production-level proficiency
- Next.js
