Role Description
The Group Financial Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations across Swathi Group’s hospitality verticals. This role includes preparing, reviewing,



and consolidating financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant accounting standards, and timely submission to management. The person in this position will monitor daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, manage month-end and year-end closing activities, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. They will analyze financial performance, produce management reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and cost control across restaurants, hotels, bars, and catering. The role also involves maintaining and improving accounting systems, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and collaborating closely with operations and leadership teams to uphold strong financial governance.
