Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Project Sales Engineer
to generate business opportunities for HVAC and industrial projects in the
NCR and Gujarat regions
. The role involves project lead generation, client meetings, technical-commercial coordination, quotation follow-ups, order closure, and relationship management with contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new project inquiries through site visits, networking, references, and market research.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Projects teams for technical proposals and commercial quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close project orders.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production,
Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and project pipeline records.
- Identify current business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Any Graduate with relevant HVAC / Project Sales experience can also apply
Experience
- 1–5 years
of experience in
Project Sales, HVAC Sales, MEP Sales, Industrial Sales, or B2B Project Sales
- Experience in handling NCR and Gujarat industrial / commercial projects
will be an added advantage
