About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior SQL Data Engineer / Snowflake Data Engineer
with 10+ years of data engineering experience to design, develop, optimize, and scale enterprise-grade data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional
SQL development expertise
, strong experience in
Snowflake and modern data engineering
, and hands-on knowledge of building scalable ELT/ETL pipelines across cloud environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including
Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and Finance
to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable
ETL/ELT data pipelines
.
- Develop complex and high-performance
SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
.
- Design and implement scalable
data warehouse and data lake solutions




.
- Build and optimize Snowflake data models and workloads.
- Manage Snowflake environments, including
RBAC, virtual warehouses, security, and access controls
.
- Implement advanced Snowflake capabilities including:
- Streams
- Tasks
- Zero-Copy Cloning
- Time Travel
- Custom File Formats
- Develop batch and near-real-time data processing pipelines.
- Perform query and warehouse performance optimization and cost tuning.
- Implement data models using
Star Schema, Snowflake Schema
, and other enterprise modeling approaches.
- Ensure data quality, cleansing, governance, security, and reliability.
- Integrate data from enterprise source systems such as
SAP, Salesforce, Shopify
, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using tools such as
Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Matillion, dbt
