1. Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities
for the recruitment consultancy.

The role involves building relationships with companies, HR departments, recruitment managers, hospitals, corporates, and other organizations requiring manpower, while ensuring achievement of business development and revenue targets.

The BDE will also work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop recent clients through
cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, and market research
.
- Generate qualified leads from companies requiring recruitment and manpower solutions.
- Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and hiring requirements.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements, hiring volumes,



job profiles, locations, salary ranges, and timelines.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and recruitment mandates.

B. Client Acquisition
- Present the company's recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, service offerings, and recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, payment terms, and service agreements within company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to close business.
- Obtain signed agreements / recruitment mandates from clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

C. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Managers, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.
