QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, and DevOps) to understand requirements and define the testing scope.
- Design and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)



for web and mobile applications.
- Test payment workflows, transaction flows, and reconciliation scenarios to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
- Conduct performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter.
- Validate releases before deployment and support production release verification.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups,

and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve overall product quality.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software

Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in manual testing for web applicatio
