About The Role
Eduport is looking for a
PPC Associate
who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, performance-focused, and experienced in generating quality leads while improving campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage key metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL and improving ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Optimize budgets, bids, creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Media, Business, and Sales teams.
- Identify new campaign strategies and growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign management,



reporting, and productivity.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on PPC experience.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced setting.

Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta certification.
- Experience in EdTech or education-focused lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and basic SEO.
- Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting dashboards.
