Velocious Tech Solutions LLP is an Global startup firm founded by a team of engineering experts, the company specializes in strategic global sourcing and manufacturing services for various commodities.We are looking for an Procurement BPO Lead to manage the Global Procurement / Supplier Management Services.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Working Supervisor will be responsible to perform a daily Standard Work schedule as team members, being trained by Business SME or proficient team member to accurately execute Standard Work activities as per Work Instruction or reference document(s). Supervisor will responsible to assist team members with process or data error detection, root cause analysis and applying best practice solutions to restore data and validate a process operation back to ‘normal’ condition. Observe and Manage team member priority of working hours available to execute Global Procurement BPO activity.



Apply continuous improvement methodologies to inquire and improve processes with Business SME in the Global Procurement organization which drive policy compliance and achieve spend transparency.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated capability in working with repetitive processes and transactional activities

Prior exposure to Procurement systems and processes

Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally in a matrix organization

Familiar with supply chain functions and processes (MP&L;, SQA, Direct and Indirect)

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain with 6-8 years of experience

· Ability to impact operations and effect change with positive intent

· Very organized with solid time-management skills

· Ability to understand, organize and synthesize information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences

· Experience with right first-time delivery (time & accuracy/quality) production environment

· Prior SAP Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Ship/Receive best practice experience
