We are looking for a
Associate – Accounts Receivable
for the
East Region
.

Educational Qualification:-
B.Com / MBA / CA Inter

Experience -
2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute Asset Files to Operations and Shared Services teams.
- Prepare, publish, and monitor MIS reports and dashboards related to FR and collections.
- Analyze billing, AR, and various exception reports to identify and reduce turnback’s & increase AR liquidation.
- Conduct and drive monthly Asset Review Meetings with Area Managers, CSEs, Regional Heads, and Genpact teams, along with weekly follow-ups and performance assessments.
- Set and drive monthly collection targets in coordination with the team.
- Escalate collection-related issues and overdue cases to the respective Department Heads for timely resolution.
- Ensure timely collection and tracking of Bank Guarantees and Earnest Money Deposits.




- Lead and drive all activities related to Accounts Receivable liquidation, ensuring achievement of collection & FR targets.

Desired Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable, collections, and aging analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive collection initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
