Role Description
The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, supporting the logistical needs of Panigrahana Weddings’ events and operations. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming goods, as well as packing and preparing items for outgoing shipments to event locations. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that décor, equipment, and supplies are stored safely and efficiently.



The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the operations and event teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials for weddings and related functions. The position also requires adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and organizational procedures within the warehouse.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Unloading.
- Ability to safely and efficiently perform Packing tasks for décor, equipment, and other event materials.
- Experience with material handling equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack.
- Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail in tracking stock levels.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize items throughout the workday.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, base
