We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of high-quality, user-centric web applications. As part of our engineering team, you will help build intuitive and performant interfaces, collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers. Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development Leadership
- Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable UI components
- Convert production mockups into polished HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript web applications, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement design systems and UI patterns that are consistent across products and platforms




- Optimize front-end performance, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring smooth, responsive interactions

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life
- Champion front-end standards and mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility, and usability
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and progress reporting in an Agile environment

Quality Assurance
- Perform end-to-end testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered consistently
- Advocate for automated testing practices and tools to maintain the stability of the front-end stack

Best Practices & Innovation
- Keep up to date with modern web technologies and front-end trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team
- Follow sustainable development methodologies and encourage best practices across the engineering team
