Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 7+ years of SAP experience and solid expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud SAP EmarsysSAP Marketing Cloud, customer engagement, campaign management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation, rollout, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from marketing and business stakeholders.
- Design and configure customer segmentation, target groups, marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead management processes.
- Implement personalized marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- Integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP S4HANA,



SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud CDC, and third-party applications.
- Configure marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Develop customer analytics, dashboards, and marketing performance reports.
- Support data migration, customer master data management, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Digital Commerce, and Analytics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities where required.
