Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on
.NET Technical Engineering Manager
to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while managing and mentoring technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise .NET applications.
- Develop and review solutions using
C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and REST
.
- Lead and mentor development teams, including task allocation, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Design microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and database solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive performance optimization, modernization, cloud adoption, and CI/CD initiatives.
- Own technical delivery, estimation, risk management,



and architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server
.
- Robust knowledge of
OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture
.
- Experience with
Microservices, Entity Framework/Core, REST APIs, and distributed systems
.
- Knowledge of
Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git
.
- Experience with authentication technologies such as
OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OpenID Connect
.
- Proven
team leadership, mentoring, technical interviewing, and stakeholder management
experience.

Preferred

Azure services, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, React/Angular, event-driven architecture, application security, and AI/GenAI integration.
