Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven
Business Development Intern

who wants to build a long-term career in B2B and enterprise sales.
You’ll work closely with the sales leadership to identify prospective clients, connect with key decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule relevant business meetings. This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and are motivated by targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and relevant decision-makers.




- Build and maintain structured prospect lists for outbound sales campaigns.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Understand prospects’ basic business requirements and qualify them against defined criteria.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to improve response and meeting-conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM.
- Support the sales team with company research and preparation for prospect meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve target segments, outreach strategies, and messaging.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly outreach and qualified-meeting targets.
