About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant or Senior Consultant to provide expert support and lead delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. This role focuses on managing Oracle HCM modules, interface troubleshooting, and reporting enhancements.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules and manage changes in HCM Extracts.
- Troubleshoot interface issues and support BI and OTBI report development and maintenance.
- Debug and modify fast formulas; manage HDL, FBL, and PBL loaders effectively.
- Lead technical teams and collaborate directly with clients for Senior Consultants.
- Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders, mentor associates, and liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors.

Required skills and experience




- 3-5 years (Consultant) or 6-10 years (Senior Consultant) experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
- Strong expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI Reports, and Report Composer.
- Proficiency with HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), and PBL (Payroll Based Loader).
- Ability to troubleshoot interfaces and debug fast formulas.
- Experience in client-facing roles and team leadership expected for Senior Consultants.

Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Advanced skills in fast formula development and modifications.
