About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Agentforce
to develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on
Salesforce development
experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on
Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
experience.
- Strong experience with
Salesforce Service Cloud
.
- Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Agentforce
, including agent configuration, actions, topics, and workflows.
- Strong expertise in
Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and SOQL
.
- Experience with FSL
Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Optimization
.
- Experience with Service Cloud
Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Queues, and Escalations
.
- Experience with
REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
.




- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, development standards, deployment, and production support.
- Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum
environment.

Mandatory Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant

Preferred:
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist / Platform Developer II (PD2).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions across
FSL, Service Cloud, and Agentforce

- Develop Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, and integrations.
- Configure and enhance FSL scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and service processes.
- Configure and enhance Agentforce agents, actions, topics, and Salesforce integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
