We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Senior Workday Consultant specializing in HR Colleague Relations (Employee Relations)
to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday solutions that enable effective management of employee relations, workplace investigations, policy administration, compliance,



and workforce engagement initiatives.

Experience:
- 8+ years of HR technology consulting experience
- 5+ years of Workday

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Colleague Relations Leadership
- Lead the design and deployment of Workday solutions supporting employee and colleague relations programs.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Ethics, and Employee Experience teams to define and optimize employee relations processes.
- Support management of workplace investigations, grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, policy violations, and employee concerns.
- Design processes for issue intake, case tracking, escalation management, approvals, and resolution workflows.
