Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
with strong knowledge of
W2 recruiting, MSP environments, and VMS platforms
. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing qualified IT professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating with hiring managers and MSP/VMS stakeholders to fulfil client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
full-cycle US IT recruitment
from sourcing through onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Work extensively with
W2 candidates
and understand W2 employment requirements.
- Work within
MSP (Managed Service Provider)
environments and follow client-specific recruiting processes.
- Manage requisitions and candidate submissions through
VMS (Vendor Management System)
platforms.




- Review and understand job descriptions, identify required skills, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification, compensation discussions, and availability checks.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within ATS/VMS systems.
- Track candidate submissions, interview feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with client, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.
- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines for current and future IT requirements.
