About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
to design, implement, and govern enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture, integration, development, and stakeholder-management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Define
ServiceNow enterprise architecture
, technical strategy, and implementation roadmap.
- Design scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
- Design integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services
.
- Establish development standards, design patterns, security standards, and governance.
- Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and code developed by ServiceNow teams.
- Ensure effective use of
out-of-box functionality




while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Design and optimize workflows using
Flow Designer and Business Rules
.
- Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, ITSM, and other platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure/security teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Support performance optimization, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical governance.
