Adfactors PR is looking for a seasoned professional in Crisis Communication with a strong Legal background.

reputation management, crisis advisory and legal strategy

What you’ll do:
- Lead and advise clients on high-stakes
crisis communication and reputation management
mandates.
- Develop crisis response strategies, messaging frameworks and stakeholder communication plans.
- Work closely with senior leadership, legal teams and other advisors during sensitive situations.
- Assess reputational and legal risks and translate complex issues into clear communication strategies.
- Support media engagement, issues management and crisis preparedness initiatives.
- Counsel clients on navigating regulatory, legal and reputational challenges.

What we’re looking for:
- 8–12 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Strong




Legal background
with excellent understanding of risk, compliance and legal processes.
- Demonstrated experience in
Crisis Communication, Issues Management or Reputation Advisory
.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
- Consulting background will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working with senior leadership and complex, high-sensitivity situations will be preferred.
